Garment Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to support our production team. In this position you will maintain product quality, identify, solve and prevent problems affecting product quality, maximize productivity, and comply with regulatory requirements. Excellent communication is a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Key Role:

Quality control: Monitor the quality of the product throughout production and ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in the manufacturing process.

Investigating and correcting quality related issues through collaborating with other departments..

Make proactive recommendations and offering solutions to the production to improve quality and work efficiency.

Review Production batch records and other manufacturing processes, quality checks, sampling.

Oversee in process production by confirming required specifications and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor.

Perform inline inspection, and final inspection in the finishing department.

Follow up Pre final Maintain documentation & quality SOP.

Requirements:

Degree in Garment engineering or related field of study

Must have experience in monitoring and controlling QA and QC, making standardization policy (SOP) related to Qc of garments.

Strong Communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Skill in organization and prioritization and attention to detail

Understanding of Manufacturing methods and procedures
