- Understanding of OTC process
- Regularly review customer accounts to identify overdue payments and contact to arrange payment, diligently following the escalation matrix.
- Ability to identify potential risks and proactively addressing them to the higher management.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including customer communications and payment statuses.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet short deadlines
- Stakeholder engagement, ability to communicate effectively and understand situations
- Flexible to work staggered hours as required
Skill sets required :-
Excellent problem solving & Analytical thinking
Understanding of ERP systems and the integration of the finance modules within Oracle SAP
Excellent verbal and communication abilities
