Public Finance (G&PS) practice provides a numerous of advisory & consulting services with national & sub-national governments in area of budgeting, financial management, Strengthening Domestic Resource Mobilization Policy and Capacity building, revenue augmentation, policy making and digital transformation. The practice works with client to help them strengthen the public finance accountability and efficiency.
Experience of working in at least one projects in Government domain project management. Experience in areas of Public Financial Management, Budgeting, Receipts and Payment Systems, Banking, FinTech, Process Automation, Accounting and Book Keeping. Exposure to emerging areas like blockchain, ML,AI, Agile, Automation etc.
Responsibilities
- Able to make use of data analytics as an enabler for detection of potential revenue leakages, identifying the fraudulent activities and improvement in compliance through analytics-based methods.
- Undertake study of processes/policies in place in key revenue earning departments of State and compare against better performing states.
- Support clients in consuming reports/analysis/ actionable insights generated.
- Develop mechanisms for gathering information from multiple sources to create a single view of information.
- Lead and be responsible for independent execution of projects on Government advisory.
- Be responsible for managing the engagement team and overall execution of work related to any of the service offerings mentioned above. This may include on-site work/ assessments, conducting secondary research on the select subject matter, making reports and other related tasks as advised by the engagement leader
- Will proactively support sales and business development. These would include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and closing them as engagements.

Qualifications
BE, Btech or B.Com + MBA
10 years of experience.
Peferred govt consulting experience.
