List of Selection Criteria
- Strong Accounting knowledge.
- Experience in Financial reporting, month-end close, SAP systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
High proficiency in Excel
Educational Qualification - Qualified CA / CWA
Professional Exposure - Exposure to Finance and Accounting and working knowledge in tools like Alteryx will be an added advantage.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries for various vehicle transactions, valuation related (e. g Rental re-purchase, Bad Cost etc. )
- Perform lower of cost or market value analysis to determine impairment if any.
- Conduct month close activities including accruals and actuals analysis. Provide guidance to other team members on various vehicle accounting topics, finance manual requirements etc.
- Co-ordinate inputs from other inventory accounting teams & consolidate data for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) deck for Global Accounting Director review.
- Prepare Quarterly CaR Submissions & MCRP lead.
- Support upcoming I-ERP Vehicle accounting launch for EU.
- Identify & drive process improvement initiatives aimed at efficiency and control enhancement.
