Role Overview: The Fusion Talent Management Specialist implements and supports Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions to enhance employee performance, development, and engagement. They ensure the alignment of talent management processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
Customize talent management solutions to meet organizational needs.
Analyze and optimize performance management, learning, and succession planning processes.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Talent Management systems.
Train and support users in effective use of talent management tools.

Qualifications:

6 - 12 years of experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementation and support.
Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
