Key Skills : (SaaS OR Fusion OR Cloud) AND (HCM OR HRMS) AND (security)
Fusion knowledge of HCM is preferable.

Cloud HCM Security

3-8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM Security and Advanced Control. Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, Should have good understanding of Fusion HCM Tables and related dependencies so that same can be replicated in other 3rd party systems.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
