Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM with good communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with an MBA and a bachelor's degree in technology (B-Tech) or a related field.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technology (B-Tech), Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is highly preferred.
Only Candidate Passes out in 2023/2024 will be considered.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate trained in Fusion HCM will be preferred.
