QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in fund raising or related roles.
• Communication skills: Excellence spoken and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work towards achieving fund raising targets. Open to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Nurture and Grow Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors to ensure continued support and engagement.

Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify and generate new leads for potential donors, including corporates and foundations

Outreach and Connection: Proactively connect with new corporate partners and foundations to expand the donor base.

Effective Presentation: Present the organization's work compellingly to potential donors, showcasing the impact and value of their contributions.
