Fund Services.Senior Operations Analyst

Your Role:n

• Production of daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements.n
• Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations in line with our standard operating model.n
• Configuration and maintenance of interfaces that are used to capture transaction data.n
• Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issuesn
• Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancementsn
• Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issuesn
• Coaching of junior staffn
• Work with teams within and outside of Pre-Production to identify and implement process improvementn
• Partake in the daily hand over of open tasks

About You:n

• Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, business, economics or other relevant professional designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA);n
• Minimum 2 years in Financial Services with an exposure Operations processingn
• Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.n
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Exceln
