About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Responsible of ensuring operational deliverables are met as well as oversight of a team of 10-15 staff
- Work as part of a global team supporting several CFS systems and intermediary data interfaces and applications that facilitate data flow to and from these systems
- Provide day-to-day management of a team that meets high service quality expectations of our internal and external clients
- Part of operational decisions through management of staff working hours and individual performance
- Logical escalation point for the team's operational deliverables
- Role model that positively influences team to achieve a high service quality experience for our clients
- Balanced in effective in managing escalations to resolution.
- Promote an environment that encourages pro-active resolution and root cause analysis.
- Responsible in stakeholder management clients, internal stakeholders and management team.
- Risk management measurement and mitigation through process and controls.
- Exhibits a can do positive attitude.
- Effectively navigate complexity.
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's level degree holder in accounting, finance, economics or business disciplines mandatory.
- 5 to 10 years in financial services with an exposure to Operations mandatory.
- Exposure in Financial instrument knowledge is a plus.
- Team management mandatory.
- Experience and success in stakeholder management will be a distinct advantage.
- Experience and success in a multi-cultural and global setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Natural flair for technology and its use as an enabler
