3 and 7 years relavent experience in data analsyst on functional areas and willing to work on UK Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Be able to bridge the gap between the business users based in Thailand and China and the Optimus functional/development teams. Data Object Functional Specs (DOFS) and Data Object Mapping (DOM) documents to allow the technical teams to build their data load routines.
Maintain Data Collection Workbook (DCW). Document that details any information that does not exist in the source system but will be needed in the Optimus system
Maintain Master Data Object Tracker (MDOW).
Create Mock load plans.
Maintain Mock Load Tracker
Do not need to be an experienced S4/Hana functional consultant but knowledge of the functional areas would help the discussions with the business users to ensure the correct information is gathered Functional areas to cover:
Make to Deliver (MTD includes manufacturing, quality, warehouse, planned maintenance)
Order to Cash (OTC)
Source to Pay (STP)
Financial Planning Analysis / Record to Report (FP&A)(RTR)
Material Master / Forecast to Supply (MM)(FTS)
Responsible for Defect Management.
Able to build strong working relationships and work on own initiative, working to tight deadlines.
Previous experience of working on similar projects.
