Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Integration:

Facilitate integration of Business Central with other internal and external systems, such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and third-party applications.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues promptly.

Training & Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, system configurations, and project progress.

Generate regular reports and updates for project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Business Central and the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably in fashion or retail.

Skills:

Strong understanding of business processes in the fashion industry, including finance, supply chain, inventory management, and retail operations.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification is a plus.
