Position Overview:

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing our website's functionality. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct thorough testing, and ensure our website meets the highest standards of usability and performance.

Key Requirements:

Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.

Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.

Prepare functional flow documents.

Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.

Excellent experience in working with business product owners and stakeholder management.

Proficient in JIRA & Scrum management, including managing and updating stories.

Mandatory Skillset:

Proven experience in functional analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of external integrations involved in a website.

Experience with Umbraco (CMS).

Familiarity with agile development processes.
