POSITION SUMMARY:

The Functional Consultant- Support will be responsible for handling customer requirements, issues or queries in Oracle NetSuite. Working closely with different team s for handling day to day tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teamwork

• Work with technical/ functional consultant (as applicable) to understand the issue, diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in the quickest and most efficient way

Communication and Coordination

• Handle customer inquiries (via phone, email, and chat)
• Provide accurate information about Softype's products and services

Skills with NetSuite

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Quality Assurance

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Upgrading of skills

• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications
