we're looking for an ERP Functional Consultant for implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. An ERP Functional consultant will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing ERP solutions, overseeing ERP projects from start to finish, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, project management, and business analysis. They will be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and have a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work with senior management to define business requirements and objectives for ERP projects.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP initiatives.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance of new ERP system functionality Train users on ERP system changes and enhancements
- Monitor ERP system performance and capacity utilization.
- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
- Stay up to date on ERP industry trends and best practices.
- Develop policies and procedures related to ERP system use and administration.
- Create and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience with ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, customization, and administration. Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills are considered too.
- Experience with multiple ERP platforms, including Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS word & MS PPT.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's/MBA/and Business Management from reputed Universities (Computer Science / Mechanical / Finance)
- Project management certification. ERP platform certification Industry-specific knowledge and experience in handling management is a must.

- Knowledge of business processes of supply chain management in manufacturing and trading industry.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and principles followed in supply chain
