Designation : Functional Consultant

Work Location: Mumbai/Delhi/NCR/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kolkata

Work Experience: 10+ Years of experience

Expectations from the Role

Conceptualization, development, and operationalization of unique psychometric assessment

tools meant for digital mediums.

Planning and administration of studies among targeted user group samples for validation,

establishment of reliability, standard norm development, and other required analysis for newly

developed psychometric assessment tools.

Contribution to the technical development of psychometric assessment tools meant for digital

mediums by conducting content and functional analysis of the tools.

Background and Requirements

Job Requirements

Desired Experience Range

10+ years of post-qualification experience in research in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Quantitative Psychology, Psychometric Assessment, and counseling of students of schools and higher educational institutions. For Ph.D. holders, 8+ years of post-qualification experience.

Educational Qualifications

Ph.D. / M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology with specialization in Counseling Psychology / Quantitative Psychology / Psychometry / similar field. PhDs are preferred.

Required Technical Skill Set

1. Counseling Psychology

2. Quantitative Psychology / Psychometry

3. Advanced Excel for Statistical Analysis

Must-Have

1. Extensive knowledge of Counseling Psychology with demonstrable experience and expertise in

psychological research; must have published at least 5 papers based on research work in

international peer reviewed journals.

2. Extensive knowledge of Psychometry with demonstrable experience and expertise in

psychometric assessment development, administration, and analysis.

3. Demonstrable knowledge of using Advanced Excel for Statistical Analysis.

4. Demonstrable experience in counseling students at schools and higher educational institutions,

or people in the age group of 13-30.

5. Strong analytical and presentation skills.

6. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

.

Good-to-Have

1. Demonstrable experience in development of psychometric assessments which are meant for

administration on digital mediums.

2. Excellent academic background throughout academic career (75% or above marks or equivalent

grades)

3. Preferably alumnus of top tier Indian / International University
