Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Hospital Management Software Implementor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of the team that is responsible for the successful implementation of our hospital management software across various healthcare facilities. This role requires a understanding of hospital workflows, excellent technical skills, and the ability to train and support hospital staff. Will have the opportunity to travel outside of India to meet customers and interact will all user levels at the hospitals
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Implementation:Part of the team that manages the end-to-end implementation process of hospital management software, including installation, configuration, and customization to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility.
- Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for hospital staff to ensure they are proficient in using the software. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Workflow Analysis:Collaborate with hospital administrators and staff to understand their workflows and identify areas where the software can improve efficiency and patient care.
- Documentation:Help to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software implementation processes, user guides, and training materials.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the software and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field / Medical Doctors
- Experience:0 to 2 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in hospital management software, database management, and basic programming. Familiarity with healthcare data standards is a plus.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
