We are looking for a motivated, AI Savvy and dynamicprofessional, whohas a good experience in interacting with customers and understanding the project requirements, have a problem-solving approach and effective customer communication.
As a Functional Consultant, while engaging in Agilemethodology, you will play a pivotal role inassistingproject teams with requirements gathering andfacilitatesuccessful delivery of the project.
The role also involves taking ownership of SAAS product implementations to cater to customer business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying the client's needs, document and passing them on to the team in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Discussing the sprint goals and share updates with the client, actively gaining knowledge on the matter.
- Performing Product owner responsibilities to create user stories, monitor and own the progress. Managing Agile requirements and practices.
- Assisting on designing user experience/interface insights.
- Be flexible to quickly Learn and implement industry leading SAAS products to address customer pain points.
- Working on data analytics tools (like Power BI/Tableau) to identify and showcase data insights for customer business.
- Utilizing metrics to determine improvement opportunities and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy the MIS reporting.
- Creating presentations to educate management on project updates and solutioning.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions with other team members to identify possible solutions to problems.
