This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Functional Business central position. The role requires day-to-day tasks focused on business process analysis, functional testing, and integration. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, design functional solutions, conduct testing, and ensure smooth integration of systems.

• Experience in business process analysis and design
• Proficient in functional testing and system integration
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft portfolio (Office 365, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or degree in a related field
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus
