As per our Tech Lead position,
- We look for candidates who have customer facing experience. This includes gathering requirements, asking good questions, an interactive and independent decision maker.
- The candidate will be involved in architecture and estimation of requirements.
- This is more of a project Management role and not a Tech Architect Role.
- To look at someone who can join in month's notice.
- Who has worked as Full stack developer and grown upto Tech Lead level would be ideal.
- Any educational background is okay as long as the candidate has leadership skills and is technically sound.
- Min 5yrs exp or max 7-8 yrs.
- Would manage a project size of 15 - 20 members.
- Preferably who has worked in the Insurance domain.
- Candidates would be working using MERL/ MEAL.
- CTC budget 24 - 30 LPA
- Mandatory Skill- React.js , Node.js, Team lead experience
