Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain web/mobile/CRM-based applications using Drupal. This includes both front-end and back-end development.
• Custom Module Development: Create and customize Drupal modules to meet project requirements.
• Theme Development: Build and customize Drupal themes to ensure a seamless user experience.
• API Integration: Integrate web services and REST APIs with Drupal.
• Client Interaction: Attend client calls, demonstrate developments, and provide updates and support as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and team members to create and implement project specifications.
• Documentation: Properly comment on code and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Mentorship: Provide assistance, guidance, and support to junior developers when necessary.

Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:

• Drupal Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of strong experience in Drupal development, including site-building, custom module development, theme development, and maintenance.
• PHP Proficiency: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PHP.
• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Database Management: Strong experience with MySQL and relational databases, configuring modules.
• Drupal Upgrades: Experience with one or more Drupal upgrades/migrations.
• Drupal Standards: Familiarity with Drupal coding standards and best practices.
• Tools & Frameworks: Expertise with Composer, Drush (Drupal command-line tool), and Twig.
• Version Control: Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Linux Proficiency: Experience with Linux and deployment on Linux.
• JavaScript Libraries: Knowledge of AJAX.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile-based team development and continuous deployment methodology.
• AWS Services: Proficiency in AWS services like S3, EC2 will be an added advantage.
• Open Source Contribution: Contribution to the open-source community is a plus.
• Multi-Site Environment: Experience with a multi-site environment would be beneficial.

Educational Qualifications:

• Degrees: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Sc-IT or equivalent practical experience.
