Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,

DFT Engineer

Experience: 5 + Years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Mode: Work From Office

(JD)

1.Sound knowledge of ATPG/Scan, coverage analysis, EDT compression etc.,

2. Memory BIST implementation and verification

Sound debug skills to debug simulation failures at RTL-level and gate-level

3. Exposure to Static timing in DFT modes to debug constraint issues and review/analyze timing reports.
