Position: BUSINESS ANALYST (Night shift)
Duration: Fulltime Position
Job Type: Full Time Employment
Location: Manyata Tech Park Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid Work)
Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Support the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to validate solution functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful project.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and business process improvement. Act as a liaison with technical teams to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management techniques, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
