Position Overview:

UCAM Mumbai Campus is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our faculty as a full-time/Part time in PG in Sports Management &, PG in High Performance Sport Strength & Conditioning program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and contributing to the development of the sports management program. This position requires a strong understanding of sports business, administration, marketing, and event management within the sports industry. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of academic expertise and industry experience to prepare students for careers in sports administration, marketing, facility management, and related areas. They should be well-versed in the current trends and challenges within the sports industry and have a passion for student engagement and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience.

A Ph.D. or terminal degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Candidates with a master's degree and extensive industry experience in sports management will also be considered.

At least 3-5 years of teaching experience at the higher education level or significant industry experience in sports management or sports business.

Demonstrated expertise in key areas of sports management, such as sports marketing, event management, sports law, or facility management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and mentor students.

Evidence of scholarly research or practical industry contributions to the sports management field.
