Position Overview:

UCAM Mumbai Campus is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our faculty as a full-time instructor in the Project Management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in Project Management, engaging in scholarly activities, and contributing to the growth and development of the program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, relevant industry experience, and a passion for teaching. They should be well-versed in various project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as PMI, Agile, Lean, and Scrum.

Qualifications & Experience.

Master's or Ph.D. in Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Certification in PMP(Project Management Professional), will be given high priority.

Extensive experience teaching large-scale projects in diverse industries.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

Experience with multi-disciplinary project management.

Experience in mentoring students or junior team members in professional settings.
