As a Development Team Leader (Full Stack), you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise.
You will lead a team of developers to ensure the successful execution of projects, with a focus on both backend (70%) and frontend (30%) development tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java Spring, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Oversee frontend development tasks, utilizing technologies such as React and TypeScript to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Implement best practices for debugging, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Java Spring for backend development.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
- Web development application experience
- Strong understanding of databases and experience working with Kubernetes and Microservices.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn on the job.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a team, including mentoring and task assignments.
