Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full Stack Faculty specializing in React and Node.js to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development and a passion for teaching. As a Full Stack Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update course materials for full stack development, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and exams, with a focus on React and Node.js.

Instruction: Provide engaging and effective classroom and online instruction in full stack development, ensuring students understand both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) technologies.

Student Assessment: Assess student performance through projects, assignments, and exams, and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to students, helping them navigate through technical challenges and achieve their academic and career objectives.

Technology Integration: Utilize the latest development tools, frameworks, and best practices in full stack development to enhance the learning experience.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the curriculum and teaching methods, and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Research & Development: Stay current with industry trends, advancements in React and Node.js, and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on React and Node.js, and experience in teaching or training.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, databases like MongoDB or SQL).

Teaching Skills: Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to students with diverse backgrounds.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in full stack development, React, Node.js, or teaching are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience in developing and delivering intensive bootcamps or training programs.
