Full Stack Development Design develop and maintain web applications and services
AI Integration Implement and integrate AI and machine learning algorithms
Platform Optimization Optimize the platform for quality reliability and efficiency
Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams including data scientists DevOps engineers and product managers
Code Quality Write clean maintainable code and conduct code reviews
Scalability Develop scalable architecture to support a growing user base
Troubleshooting Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
Documentation Maintain technical documentation for features and systems
Qualifications
Technical Skills
7-10 years of engineering experience
Strong backend development skills eg Nodejs Python Java Ruby
Familiarity with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure
Solid background in algorithms data structures and OOP
Experience in scaling products at hypergrowth startups
Excitement to work with AI technologies
Proficiency in frontend technologies eg HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular
Experience with AIML frameworks eg TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools eg Docker Kubernetes
Knowledge of database systems SQL and NoSQL
Understanding of CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Work across backend frontend and interact with LLMs andor other ML models
Deliver experiments at a high velocity and quality to engage our customers
