Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in coding activities (50%) and team management (50%).
- Own tasks and take full responsibility for their execution.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Technical Requirements
- SQL: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Angular: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Dotnet: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Azure Cloud: Working knowledge and experience.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role, managing and mentoring a team.
