Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above) and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). o Strong understanding of micro services architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure). o Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). o Familiarity with legal tech platforms or experience in the legal industry is a plus. o Proficiency in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and knowledge of data security best practices. o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex software systems. Soft Skills: o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. o Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. o Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
