As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing the ideal backend system architecture and frontend web architecture, ensuring application responsiveness, addressing customer pain points, and contributing to the overall success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
System Architecture
- Develop end-to-end product strategies to create optimal backend and frontend architectures.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code, producing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Create strategic plans to achieve long-term goals while delivering short-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
Customer Interaction
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points and translate those insights into the right product features and priorities.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Critical Thinking
- Employ critical thinking in problem-solving, starting from the ground up.
- Challenge existing solutions and propose novel, unbiased approaches.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in building systems.
- Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and functional code on the frontend using React.js and relevant libraries, and on the backend using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, or any relevant backend stack.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging issues.
- Experience optimizing the performance of backend services (e.g., GCP, DBT).
