Full Stack Engineer

the EleFant is India's first mobile app-based toy library that focuses on children's growth and development through toys and books. Our mission is to provide affordable and sustainable options for parents to support their child's growth. By subscribing to EleFant, parents can surprise their kids with a wide range of toys and books, ensuring a fun and enriching experience, and parents can exchange products whenever their kid is bored.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Lead located in Mumbai. The Tech Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to technical leadership, including overseeing project development, leading a team of developers, managing technical resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The Tech Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high-quality standards in software development.

Requirements

Proven experience of 5+ years in Full Stack development

Mandatory skills:

• Nodejs, Next Js, React and Express Js
• Mobile frameworks - especially Flutter
• Postgresql, Graph QL
• AWS EC2, S3, SES, RS,
• Other server tech frameworks Docker, Redis and Linting

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment.
• Manage the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications.
• Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.
• Oversee automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process.
• Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• Master or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in the toy, e-learning or education industry is a plus
