Fullstack Developer

Job Title: JavaScript & ReactJs Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in JavaScript development and a strong understanding of front-end technologies. As a JavaScript Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative web applications. You should be passionate about writing clean, efficient code and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new user-facing features using JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS,

2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

3. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

4. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

5. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

8. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and

methodologies.

10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand

requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven 2-3 years of experience as a JavaScript Developer or similar role.

3. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

4. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or

Vue.js.

5. Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+ features.

6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

7. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

8. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js.

2. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.

3. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.

4. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

5. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

6. Knowledge of GraphQL and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

7. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

8. Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcased on Github

Education and Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills are must.
