Job Summary:Dalocal is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer & Team Lead with expertise inReact JSandReact Nativeto join our dynamic team at our Bangalore office on Infantry Road. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-stack development, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership:Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Fullstack Development:Work on both front-end and back-end development, designing and developing highly scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native.
- Code Reviews & Best Practices:Ensure code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Collaborate:Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end features with back-end systems.
- Architecture & Design:Contribute to the architecture and design decisions of both web and mobile applications.
- Agile Methodology:Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, ensuring project goals are met within deadlines.
- Mentorship:Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and support professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in fullstack development with a focus onReact JSandReact Native.
- Experience leading a team of developers (2+ years in a leadership role).
- Frontend Expertise:
- Strong proficiency inReact JSand its core principles.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience in building mobile applications usingReact Native.
- Backend Knowledge:
- Familiarity with backend technologies such asNode.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and working knowledge of databases likeMongoDBand MYSQL.
- Version Control:Proficiency withGitand experience in collaborative development environments.
- Testing:Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such asJest,Mocha, or similar.
- Deployment:Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms likeAWS, Azure, orGoogle Cloud.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:- Experience withTypeScript.
- Exposure toGraphQL.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
- Experience in building real-time applications.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
