Software Engineer: (Full Stack Developer)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Skills:

• Frontend: Building UI using React and NodeJS with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Middleware: Building resource efficient, scalable, and resilient Microservices and APIs using Java/Python/GoLang.
• Databases: Building optimal database persistence solutions using right database technologies (ex, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, KAFKA etc)
• DevOps: Creating automated CI-CD processes using containerization solutions (Docker), CI tools (Drone, Jenkins, Spinnaker), and Orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm)

Senior Software Engineer: (Full Stack Developer)

Experience: 5-7 Years

Key Skills:

• 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• 4 years of experience in database technologies
• 4 years of experience building UI using React and NodeJS with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
• 3 years of experience with REST APIs, Java/Python, Spring boot
• Experience in cloud platforms like GCP (preferable), azure, AWS.
• Working knowledge on Graph Database(preferable), NoSQL, SQL
• Kubernetes, containerization, microservices development and deployment

Senior Software Engineer: (Front-End Developer)

Experience: 5-7 Years

• 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• 4 years of experience in database technologies

Lead Software Engineer: (Front-End Developer)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Key Skills:

• 7 years of experience in software development or a related field
• 6 years of experience in database technologies
• 6 years of experience building UI using ReactJS and NodeJS with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• 6 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
• 5 years of experience with REST APIs, Spring boot
• Experience in cloud platforms like GCP (preferable), azure, AWS.
• Working knowledge on Graph Database(preferable), NoSQL, SQL
• Kubernetes, containerization, microservices development and deployment
• Experience with design and architecture of ML systems and workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, with relevant experience in implementing large-scale distributed backend services.

Full Stack Architect:

Experience: 12-20 Years

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex, large-scale applications, and systems.

MERN Stack:

MongoDB: Extensive experience in designing and optimizing NoSQL databases, including data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.

Express.js: Strong knowledge of building robust and scalable backend services using Express.js, including middleware integration and API development.

React & React Native: Proficiency in building dynamic, responsive web applications with React and mobile applications with React Native. Experience with state management using Redux.

Node.js: Deep understanding of building server-side applications with Node.js, including asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

APIs and Integration:

RESTful APIs: Expertise in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with best practices for API security, versioning, and documentation.

Integration Patterns: Experience with OAuth for authentication, real-time communication using WebSocket for chat and streaming, payment gateway integration, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Microservices Architecture:

Strong background in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, and data consistency patterns.

Containerization and Deployment:

Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.

DevOps and Cloud Platforms:

Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including infrastructure setup, resource management, and deployment automation. Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment.

• Project Experience:

Product Architecture Design:

6-8 years of experience in designing product architecture with a focus on responsive mobile apps and web development. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proof of Concepts (POCs):

Demonstrated experience in developing POCs to evaluate modern technologies, frameworks, and integration strategies. Ability to make informed decisions on third-party software products.

End-to-End Technology Delivery:

Proven record of accomplishment of managing the complete technology delivery process, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Reusable Components:

Expertise in building reusable technical components and libraries to accelerate development and ensure consistency across projects.

Quality Assurance:

• Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks. Experience in implementing monitoring and logging solutions for proactive issue detection.
