Job Description:

Must Have:

Proven 6+ years of experience as Sr. software engineer, with a strong focus on React.js, Python and MongoDB development.

Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) for backend development.

Solid understanding of database systems, such as MySQL, MongoDB.

Familiarity with web technologies and protocols, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and JSON.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms (AWS with Lambda)

Must have experience in Jira, ReactJS, Redux, Material UI, Typescript, Storybook, Restful API integration, Caching techniques, Jest, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JSON

Must have experience in Python, Django, Micro services, estimation techniques, microservices architecture, authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth

Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest or Pytest, for unit and integration testing.

Must have experience in using React hooks.

Person should be willing to work during evening from 7 PM to 10 PM

Once in 3 months for 5 days a person will need to attend late night calls which get extended till midnight.

Good to have:

Experience in PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, Python, Mongodb and related technologies.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient front-end solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.

Optimize application performance and ensure fast page load times by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote code quality and professional growth.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js, Python, MongoDB and front-end, back-end development and apply them to improve the development process and product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements to ensure a stable and reliable application.

Collaborate in agile software development practices, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to sprint demos and retrospectives.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Prior experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

Analyze user stories and perform impact analysis.

Ability to understand and do reverse engineering.
