Position: Full Stack Developer
Location: New Delhi or Remote (India)

Position Overview:
AllesHealth is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, React, React Native, MongoDB, AWS, and experience in rolling out White Labeled solutions, preferably within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications using Node.js, React, and React Native.
- Integrating front-end elements with server-side logic to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Developing and maintaining databases using MongoDB & My SQL to store and retrieve healthcare-related data efficiently.
- Deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
- Implementing White Labeled solutions for clients within the healthcare space, ensuring customization and branding requirements are met.
- Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Leading a small team to achieve desired results in a given time frame.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent Proficiency in Node.js, React, React Native, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience with rolling out White Labeled solutions, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
