Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in Laravel and the ability to manage both the front end and back end of web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications, ensuring seamless integration of various components, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Application Development:
- Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Laravel and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Front End Development:
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and functional designs.
- Back End Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Laravel.
- Manage databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between front end and back end.
- Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and debugging.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training, research, and experimentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in Laravel framework and PHP.
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Experience with database management, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with modern build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
