Roles and Responsibilities- - Lead the development and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
Working on MERN - React JS , Node JS, Next JS, MongoDB and can be work on different frameworks as per client requirement as well as market demand.
- Must have self- learning aptitude, with minimal supervision and continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with server-side development using Node.js.
Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux.- Knowledge of other front-end libraries/frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and isomorphic React.
