Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong background in graphic design and excellent language skills to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in full-stack development, complemented by a proven track record in graphic design. Proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into functional web interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in full stack development.

Skills:

Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

Experience with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).

Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).

Language Skills: Excellent language skills; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.

Proven Record: Reference to at least one successfully handled project.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with colleagues speaking different languages and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
