• Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 2 years of experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of the applications, and working closely with our product and design teams to deliver the best user experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Backend Proficiency:

Strong experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.

• Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

Experience with RESTful API design and development.

• Familiarity with server, network, and hosting environments.

• Frontend Proficiency:

Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

• Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
