Job Title: Full Stack Developer Trainer

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of full stack development. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training content to aspiring developers, helping them to build the skills necessary to succeed in the field.

• Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs on full stack development. Create course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and projects.

Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and online training sessions for students. Provide hands-on guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey. Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.

• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development. Share industry insights and best practices with students.

Mentorship and Support: Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students as needed. Assist students in building their portfolios and preparing for job interviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the training program. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training department.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Previous experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.

Experience with databases: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems: Git.

Knowledge of cloud services and deployment: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

• Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
