Full Stack Developer Team Lead

Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Key Responsibilities

-Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

-Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for our web applications.

-Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.

-Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.

-Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives.

-Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.

-Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

-Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company.

Requirements:

B. Tech, MCA.

5-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.

Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Experience with mobile app development (iOS or Android).
