Job Summary :

As a Mern Stack Developer, you will be responsible for imparting deep technical knowledge and

motivating and guiding learners through real-world applications of these technologies. Your primary

goal will be to ensure that students gain a comprehensive understanding of the full stack

development process, from building RESTful APIs to creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces.

You will provide hands-on instruction, deliver engaging content, and oversee the technical projects

that demonstrate practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver high-quality training content that covers all aspects of the MERN stack,

including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Tailor your teaching style to suit

different levels of learners, from beginners to advanced students.

Provide in-depth, hands-on workshops and coding sessions, where learners can practice

and implement their knowledge in real-world projects. Focus on practical use cases and

demonstrate how to build full-stack applications using MERN technologies.

Guide students through the creation of projects from concept to deployment, emphasizing

best practices for coding, debugging, and troubleshooting. Foster problem-solving skills and

encourage collaboration among learners.

Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and coding challenges to assess student progress.

Provide constructive, actionable feedback to help students grow and improve their coding

skills.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the MERN stack and

related technologies. Regularly update course material to reflect industry changes and

ensure relevance.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or

equivalent practical experience).

Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies

Database knowledge: Strong understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis),

including data modeling and querying.

API Development: Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating

third-party services.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the

ability to articulate technical topics clearly to students.
