Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to create seamless and user-friendly digital experiences. Your proficiency in the MERN stack and API integration will be pivotal in shaping the front-end and back-end aspects of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

- Build scalable and efficient backend systems using Node.js and Express.js, integrating with MongoDB or other databases.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Implement security and data protection measures throughout the development process.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack, from frontend to backend.

- Optimize application performance and ensure its responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a portfolio showcasing MERN stack projects.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6+ features.

-1year experience (Mandatory)

- Extensive experience in building single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js, Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Solid knowledge of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.

- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, including schema design and data manipulation.

- Familiarity with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Working knowledge of integrating third-party APIs and services.

- Understanding of front-end build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
