Full stack Developer ( MERN )

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Stack Developer who is proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both front-end and back-end development processes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them with a focus on user experience.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Develop RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end components.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following industry best practices.

Perform unit and integration testing on developed modules.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to operations and activities.

Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.

• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Jenkins, etc., is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Preferred Skills

Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
