Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and secure web applications using Java as the backend technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, DevOps) to design and launch new features.
- Lead and participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, with a solid focus on system architecture and performance.
- Integrate RESTful services and third-party APIs into the platform.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills:- Strong experience in Java with expertise in frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks Angular
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and message-driven systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Nice to Have:- Experience with Node.js or other backend frameworks.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Exposure to FinTech or MSME lending systems will be an added advantage.
