Roles and Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and build scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Front-End: Create responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Back-End: Develop server-side logic and APIs using languages like Node.js or Python, and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to define requirements and conduct code reviews.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit and integration testing, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy applications on cloud platforms, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and processes.
• Security: Implement best practices for security and stay updated on vulnerabilities.
• AI: Knowledge of AI, IoT, and mobile technologies, Experience in digital transformation technologies is a plus

Qualifications

Graduate or Post Graduate

Required Skills

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

2. Expertise in Node.js or Express.js for server-side development. Understanding of server architecture, RESTful API design, and back-end logic.

3. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.js for building responsive user interfaces.

4. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

5. Knowledge of database design, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.

6. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

7. Solid understanding of web architecture, security, and performance optimization.

8. Strong analytical skills to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end components.

9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Backend: Node.js,
• Front End: React.js and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of database structure and principles.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze complicated technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Knowing AI will be the cherry on the top
