Make An Impact
As a CI Programmer (Full Stack Developer), you will design, develop, and implement process improvement solutions, enabling enhanced productivity and streamlined workflows. Your expertise in technologies such as Excel Macro with SAP, Access, PHP, C#.Net, VB.Net, and SQL will be essential in optimizing processes and supporting automation initiatives. You will work closely with process managers to identify and execute automation opportunities, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and technology landscape to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop automation tools using C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL, Access, and PHP.
- Create web applications utilizing PHP and HTML to streamline workflows.
- Develop automated reporting solutions with VBA and Excel for enhanced data analysis.
- Design macros to handle large datasets and simplify Excel reporting.
- Write and maintain test plans and software documentation to support code updates.
- Debug and enhance both existing and new codebases.
- Create knowledge transfer and training materials for internal IT and accounting teams.
- Collaborate with team members, IT staff, and external vendors to coordinate and implement tests.
- Manage support tools, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solutions.
- Explore emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and set up advanced platforms.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and optimal performance.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications (or equivalent).
- Professional certification in VB.Net, PHP, and C#.
- Understanding of MySQL, Java, or Google Script.
- Certification in Agile methodologies.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in captive centers or BPO firms, with 3+ years in VBA automation.
- Expertise in building Excel Macros integrated with SAP.
- Proven experience implementing industry best practices to drive efficiency.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#.Net, MySQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript/Google Script, MS Access, and MS Excel.
- Experience in Excel Macro development and automation using VBA.
