Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Development & Maintenance:

- Manage and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it is functional, up-to-date, and secure.

- Administer and optimize our Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), enhancing the user experience and course delivery.

2. Technical Strategy & Roadmap:

- Identify and recommend the right technology tools and solutions to meet our business needs.

- Develop and implement a tech roadmap that aligns with our company's goals and growth strategies.

3. Vendor Management:

- Negotiate with tech vendors to procure software, services, and support as needed.

- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

4. Software Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools.

- Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

- Provide technical support to staff and end-users as required.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any tech issues promptly.

6. Security & Compliance:

- Implement and maintain industry standard security measures to protect company and user data.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in full-stack development and tech management.

- Technical & Other Skills:

- Proficiency in WordPress, Moodle LMS, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js) and databases (e.g., MySQL).

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
